At Smithey Ironware Co., we stand behind the craftsmanship of our cookware and want you to be fully satisfied with your heirloom-quality pieces. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused ironware in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely and without damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
